Welcome to the Canton Kayak Club's 10th season!
We are planning to celebrate our 10th
Anniversary of the Canton Kayak Club at Alexander’s
Tavern at 710 S. Broadway in Fells Point on Tuesday,
July 14th at 7pm. The Tavern is owned and operated
by one of our Founding Members Charlie Gjerde, and
in addition we look forward to gathering and
thanking all of the CKC’s Founders and supporters!
The CKC Board will share some
details for the future of the club. We hope for you
to join us and enjoy great conversation, cuisine and
drinks. There will also be a ‘kayak gear and
equipment raffle’!
Returning Members and New Members that have
completed kayak training your 2009 CKC membership
card will be mailed to you or you be given after you
have completed training. If you went
to training and were not given a card upon
completion please contact info@cantonkayakclub.com
and we will send you one.
TIDE POINT DOCK Now requires a
key to open the gate. The Key is located in a pin
box on the gate. Contact info@cantonkayakclub.com
and we will send you the code and opening
instructions.
NICK'S FISH HOUSE is currently
undergoing renovations and access to the water is
limited. Please be careful when using this location.
They will hopefully have the water access area
cleaned up soon.
We have Gift Certificates available for the 2009
season and they make for a wonderful gift.

is open all year long to current members. Please
note, your forum email address must match the email
address used
with your membership application. Register and use
the Forum to communicate with members and take note of
upcoming events!
Please note, email is our primary means of contacting
members. If you are a fully paid member and
have successfully completed training and have
yet to receive an email or the lock codes then send
us an email with your full name and address that your
registered under and a
subject line stating "NEED LOCK CODES" to
info@CantonKayakClub.com and we'll update
the email address we have on file. Please
remember to add us to your email White List or Safe
Senders List so you do not miss out on club
announcements or lock code changes. There are
plenty of training classes available so send us an
email to register for the orientation class.
